Epilogue
Near dawn, a cool wind flows throughout K Prefecture. Part of the city had a gaudy atmosphere and has a line of things like sex shops and money lending offices. Right now, the police special unit has blocked it off. This special unit is the one that was created for the purpose of combating beastified humans. Ordinary citizens have been told the area is off limits and the police forcibly block anyone that tries to enter or leave. There is a red haired knight in the midst of this blockade, this is Lemuria Heart. She is a collaborator with the anti-beast police unit.
“Do you think Onijima is really here?”
The woman who spoke, the police detective Saeko knows Lemuria Heart well. She is the captain of the anti-beast unit. The sun hasn’t risen yet, but the signboards of the stores are beginning to be lightened by the rising sun. No sounds are coming from nearby. The researcher Onijima is the person who creates beastmen with his technology. Misty Elektra was born through his techniques. A beastman with an increased number of genes incorporated that managed to retain their reason as a human. If this technology evolves further humanity will face an endless horror it might never recover from.
“We need to catch Onijima or even more beastmen will be born in the darkness.”

Saeko’s face turned bright red. She didn’t know what she was thinking, especially about a woman younger than herself.
